Delivery notice
1.We will ship according to the recipient address and consignee information agreed in the order, and be responsible for delivering the goods to the recipient address specified by the customer;
2.After the order is submitted, if the customer needs to change the recipient address or consignee information in the order, he should contact AOKSURE before the order is shipped out and change the address if both parties agree. If the customer fills in the receipt information inaccurately or the address is not changed by the AOKSURE channel, the goods cannot be delivered, all losses shall be borne by the customer.
3.Orders delivered by courier will be delivered to the door according to the general express delivery method; for logistics delivery orders, the logistics company is responsible for delivery to the point, not going upstairs, if the customer requests to send upstairs, the customer will directly communicate with the logistics company And directly pay the cost of going upstairs.

1) Delivery time: after the order payment is confirmed, aoksure will arrange the delivery for you as soon as possible. The delivery time of the spot product is 1-3 working days. Please refer to the actual arrival of the out-of-stock products;
